User Content Users may upload or submit content through Team-M8tes, including profile photos, profile text, messages, prompts, and other materials. You are responsible for your own content. You represent and warrant that: • You own your content, or you have permission to use it. • Your content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights. • Your content does not violate our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, Safety Guidelines, or applicable law. • You have the right to grant Team-M8tes the license described in our Terms of Use. Team-M8tes may remove or restrict content that we believe violates this policy, our Terms, or applicable law. 3. Photos and Images You may not upload photos, images, or media that you do not have the right to use. This includes: • Photos of another person without permission. • Stolen profile photos. • Celebrity photos used to impersonate someone. • Screenshots from other users’ profiles or private conversations. • Copyrighted images copied from websites, photographers, agencies, social media accounts, or other sources without permission. • Team, league, venue, or brand logos used in a way that falsely implies official affiliation or violates rights. • AI-generated, edited, or manipulated images used in a deceptive or infringing way. Sports Teams, Leagues, Athletes, and Brands Team-M8tes allows users to express sports fandom and select teams as part of the user experience. Sports team names, league names, athlete names, venue names, logos, marks, colors, uniforms, and related references may be trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or property of their respective owners. Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, Team-M8tes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or officially connected to any professional or collegiate sports league, team, athlete, player association, venue, stadium, arena, broadcaster, ticketing platform, merchandise provider, media company, or related organization. Fan references, team names, and sports discussion may be allowed when used honestly, lawfully, and for identification, fan-interest, compatibility, informational, commentary, or nominative purposes. You may not use Team-M8tes to falsely imply official endorsement, affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, licensing, or approval by any team, league, athlete, venue, or brand. 5. Copyright Complaints If you believe content on Team-M8tes infringes your copyright, you may send us a copyright complaint. We may take action even after a single violation if the violation is serious, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or creates legal risk. 10.
