By accessing or using Team-M8tes, creating an account, submitting information, selecting teams, uploading photos, subscribing, sending messages, or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. You should not include information in your profile that you do not want other users to see. 4. Team Selections and Fandom Information Team-M8tes is built around sports fandom and team-based matching. We may collect and process information related to: • Selected teams. • Locked team selections. • Subscription tier and team-slot limits. • Team-related preferences. • Sports, leagues, and team overlap with other users. • Fan identity signals. • Team-based matching and discovery information. Selected teams may be visible to other users. They may also affect matching, discovery, filters, recommendations, profile visibility, and other platform features. Because Team-M8tes uses locked fandom choices as part of its trust and identity system, we may retain team-selection records as needed for account integrity, moderation, fraud prevention, support, and platform enforcement. 5. Photos and User Content We may collect content you submit, upload, send, or display through Team-M8tes, including: • Profile photos. • Profile text. • Prompts and responses. • Messages. • Likes, passes, matches, reactions, and other interactions. • Reports, blocks, support requests, and feedback. • Other materials you choose to provide. How Matching and Discovery Use Information Team-M8tes may use profile information, team selections, city or location information, preferences, activity, subscription status, and interaction history to support matching and discovery. For example, we may use information to: • Show users who share selected teams. • Apply mutual preference filters. • Apply distance, city, or regional filters if available. • Prioritize or limit discovery based on subscription status, account status, locked teams, or platform rules. • Prevent users from seeing blocked or previously passed profiles. • Support reporting, moderation, safety, or fraud-prevention decisions. We do not guarantee that matching, discovery, or recommendation features will result in matches, messages, dates, relationships, compatibility, or any specific outcome. 14.
